First off, I love my Airaid intake it's amazing and sounds beautiful. Got it installed along with my HKS spec L this weekend for a couple car meets and spirited runs. I do not regret purchasing it at all. The guys at Airaid and AJUSA are a great help and customer service is phenomenal. I have already lost 2 screws screws since the install Friday but that's my own fault for not using lock tight or any thread locker. Blame the alcohol not Airaid :p

I also want to thank them for not only agreeing to the group but, but also allowing us to do the rebate as well (sent mine in Thursday hoping to get it this week ) and sending the black and aluminum tops for our preference was unexpected and put a huge smile on my face. The expression my friend and I had after install says it all, this intake was by a great success.

Just an update - sent in for my rebate last week, expecting to wait forever as I do with every other rebate I've ever submitted. Pleasantly surprised to have received it today in the mail. Also surprised that when they say $50 cash back, they really mean CASH. LOL - I haven't seen a $50 bill in a while!

Also, imagine my additional surprise when I received an e-mail asking me what T-Shirt size I would like, or if I'd prefer the hat. I didn't turn in that form since I already had an AIRAID shirt and hat from them previously. Most companies would've just processed the rebate as is, but these guys actually took the additional time to reach out to me and let me know that I was also eligible for a shirt or hat.

Thanks again AIRAID and AJUSA - you guys are alright in my book.

Basically comes down to amazing customer service which they understand very well. I hope other vendors are taking note

This is how it's done!

EDIT: If I could give you guys 6 Stars I would

We'll see how they handle my returning of the intake. Still waiting for a return authorization and shipping label and I called on Friday.

A test of customer service is when things aren't all roses and rainbows. It's easy to keep a happy customer happy, but to convert a displeased customer is the true test.

Just wanted to update that I am enjoying the Airaid intake very much. The average 2 mpg fuel mileage improvement was an added bonus that I really wasn't expecting. Unlike some others, I have had no issues with the screws for the intake lid coming loose. I tend to over tighten everything, but everything is as snug as the day I installed it (1200+ miles ago). Can't wait for the t-shirt and mail in refund. Thanks AIRAID and AJUSA for an outstanding experience to date.

Haha my mpg has dropped about 2 mpg. That's because I've been taking the back roads home from work though

Hurry up and buy it before September 15th - AIRAID has a $50 CASH back offer. You mail in the form/UPC labels, and they'll mail you a fiddy back pretty quickly.

Sending an intake to the tuner and working together to get your issue ironed out is pretty damn good. Very few vendors have been so proactive about supporting their product. After it was all taken care of, you're still returning the intake and they are still taking care of you. That's A++++ there.

I'm showing a 2mpg increase as well. I still love the sound the intake makes. My screws backed off a bit so I threw some loctite on. Been fine since.

No, I'm returning the intake because it doesn't operate correctly on a STOCK tune on MY car. Having AIRAID tell me that it's not their products issue and it's the tune's issue (even after I posted videos of severe problems on a stock tune), is NOT good customer service. I can understand taking pride in your product. They should; the craftsmanship is superb. But don't sit there and tell me what is and is not happening on my car, just because I"m having a problem with your product.

Either way, AJUSA is accepting the return because it's their policy, not because of MY situation. I wish there was another way I could give them the business as they've been phenominal. Keep it up AJUSA!
