What was the labor cost at the dealership? They want 8+ hours here in Austin...

Nice. Drop looks perfect!

I'm debating these springs so bad but I really don't want alter the feel/handling of the suspension at all. The stock setup rides perfect.

I just installed the TRD springs and swaybars, and trust me, its a big improvement in ride quality as well as handling. It handles rough roads better, which I suspect is due to the progressive nature of the TRD springs as opposed to a static rate on the stock springs. If you drive normally, you won't really feel much difference aside from a smoother ride (imo) but when you push the car harder, the changes really become apparent. The car is much more predictable, more planted and neutral in a turn, and cosmetically, the ride height looks much better.

I have extensive experience with Porsches and plenty of track experience over the last two decades. The TRD springs/sways are in no way a replacement for a properly dialed in coil-over set up if you are planning on tracking your car, but they are absolutely perfect, imo, for a street car. Everything I complained about with respect to the stock handling, which was fun for what it is but a good bit less than perfect from my perspective, was resolved by making this change.

I would strongly suggest changing the sway bars if you are going to run these springs, they complement each other very well. For what its worth, I am running stock tires/wheels on my '14 FR-S.

If you are doing the work yourself, make sure you get the car aligned after the install. The install took me around 6 hours total, but I was mostly enjoying some garage time to myself rather than trying to hurry through an install, or I expect I could have come close to cutting the time in half.

Yes, in fact, they are designed to work with them according to the Toyota rep I talked with before I bought mine.

Thats probably because you have sticky tires now which would cause more body roll. Yes sway bars would help
