Silver only plus the higher cost for a 200hp car is the problem. Once you get close to the 30k mark people in general look down on the 200hp. Hell at 25k people look down on it. I track it and love it. But I've never liked silver cars. To blah for me.

I was asking my Toyota dealer about this, they mailed Toyota Canada and they confirmed that there will be a Monogram Series. Due to it not being official they will not confirm the spec, availability, price, etc.

My question to Moto P, is this Monogram Series available to Canada? This is something Toyota Canada apparently doesn't know.

i was thinking the same thing but i might just go to the dealer and have my guy hold one for me sorta like a preorder to a preorder

I had a call from my local Toyota dealership, since I'm interested in buying the frs and such, they have no idea what the Monogram Series is lol

im not going to lie thats to be expected, dealers i have been to know next to nothing about the frs let alone special editions, i knew more about the series 10 then my local dealer

That's true, we do a lot of extensive research lol.
But come on, they have no idea? Not a single clue? Makes me think about the validity of all this, to be honest. I haven't seen a link or real sources and such

i was hoping it was going to be sort of like the modillista altezza, but i doubt thats going to happen but from looking at what they are thinking for the monogram IQ there may be a slim chance.

I have also emailed some people at scion to see if cooperate has any ideas on it

guys, are you kidding me? it's moto miwa, the guy who tadasan came to when the 86 was just a future project, and subaru wasn't even on board yet. trust me when i say that he's a credible source.

ps: it's because of guys like him and hachi that we get insider info on this forum even before official announcements, and why this forum is by far the largest of any frs/brz forum.

That's why I had my dealer contact Toyota Canada for me. Dealers are essentially only told when the product is near ready to launch, considering the official announcement is supposed to be January 2014 I'd be surprised if any Scion dealer knows. The only confirmation I got was this series does exist, so for sure the US will be getting it, Canada though...at this point only Moto Miwa could tell us which is why I posted the question.
