If I was a police officer I'd pull them over for some bogus reason just to check out the car.

Looking at the rear shots, I'm curious to see the underside of this thing, I was hoping to be able to fit in a single can/exit exhaust on it. Not big on the duals, as usually it just give manufacturers excuses to jack up the costs on their exhausts exponentially due to the "extra piping/tips".
Yes, a nice single exit that you can stuff a silencer in there when needed would be wonderful. |

Yeah, that's how it looks alright. I'm just wondering how much room there is to play under there with the floor pans, drive shaft, differential, and suspension components. This thing probably has a huge muffler, or multiples on it. For example, my old celica had numerous mufflers/resonators on it, for good reason I found out as when I put my TRD Kazuma exhaust on it, the thing screamed. I love loud exhausts, trust me, so when I say it was loud, it was loud. You'd be able to hear it just as well as my buddies SLP-Loud Mouth/Header Camaro SS. lol.

Good eye. Looks about right to me.
But don't count on anything you see to be in the production. As was mentioned before, Toyota/Subaru have a huge bin of parts they are swapping out to test.

Any possibility of them making the exhaust extra quiet while testing the prototype?
I mean, obviously the don't want to do anything to hamper performance, but on the other hand I'm sure they aren't testing its 0-60 times. Seems like mostly handling testing.

![]() Notice the outline in the middle of the hood. I don't think this was noticeable in any of the photos. |
