Almost Every OE car on earth runs a cat before the turbo.

How about its brother car the Imprezza WRX. Cat in the uppipe. The catalytic converters these days do not degrade for hundreds of thousands of miles. Theres no concern here from my perspective.

I do enjoy the thought of a no header required turbo and had considered placing my turbo there aswell,,, very smart from a business perspective, lets more people get in on the fun, and that's what this is all about right?

I don't understand the concern w/ the flooding. Are you thinking it will suck in water. Explode? what?

This kit is obviously a simple bolt on , of your concerned about the cat then simply go upgrade to a nameless or Agency cat less header, this kit is obviously we thought out as far as being able to be end user friendly and upgradable

What if by accident if I hit a pot hole at night that I couldn't see
or if I wanted to make the car alittle lower
would that damage the turbo ?

It's AWESOME. I'm just hoping the price is relatively reasonable...granted, I understand it's never cheap.

No. The car will bottom out on the front subframe first before the turbo will be affected. You will have to do something real crazy to get to it.

My car is also 2.5" lower than stock. I've maxed the Tein Flex's as low as they will go. I've looked at it on the ground and I still don't suspect an issue.

Filter location is not permanent, but this is approximately where it is going. Still working on the details with the maf location, so I haven't made any brackets yet. Most likely will stay right here and have brackets fixing to the intake manifold rear.

I've switched to 3" intake piping and it makes the fitment alot trickier. I wanted to beat me head against the wall when I was making it. The car made me bleed a few times as well

The maf the same used on most new Toyota and Lexus models it is capable of withstanding a blow-tru maf setup I say place it in the charge pipe some where before the 90 to the throttle body

Anxiously Awaiting Vids

I have been following this thread since it began and get more excited every day. Also been following the HKS Supercharger and it does not look promising. I plan on buying this eventually, just wanna see dyno and other people test it first haha.
