I live 3min from that dealer but will not be going to it.. They have screwed me countless times every time iv been there, from taking 4 months to get my car when I bought it to taking 74 days to rebuild the engine and then telling me they will not cover it no more.

As of right now I'm game for pub dog, need a alignment bad tho. If anyone knows a shop that can do it let me know. All the places iv checked in Waldorf said 2013 is too new for there alignment machines.

Yeah, bad experience with them also. They wouldn't deal no matter what we did. Wanted a $6500 down payment LOL...Took my business to Toyota of Southern Maryland and bought two cars there instead.

I understand the antipathy towards a shady dealer, poor businesses are found all over the states, but showing up helps give the manufacturer numbers and statistics to aid in current and future endeavors. I too am finding a rough patch with Waldorf VW/Subaru, but that won't stop me from supporting Subaru! If your going to let a location dictate what you're going or not going to do then I believe your passion/enthusiasm is waning! Perhaps you'll meet a professional to patch the holes up you're tired of looking at here. Anyway, I'm not expecting this will be an event of lasting interest, but I can spare 30 minutes of my evening to check into it. That's all. Just thought it may be of interest to some!

The Subaru event at Waldorf VW/Subaru was much more than a simple 4x6' display board I halfway expected to see in a trailer! Haha! Caught only littledvl from the FT86Club there so a rather slim chance of a member walking away with whatever raffle prize! Again, I was impressed by the Subaru staff hosting the event which I heard will extend into tomorrow as they are some genuine road crew members of the Subaru family! Well, should you find yourself in Waldorf with some spare time I do suggest stopping by and checking out the 2 STi race cars and race trailer! Enjoy!

We went. It was pretty cool. Chatted w a guy from the team, said he was training to be a stunt double haha. Sat in both cars, thinking those drivers must be freakishly tall. I could barely get the clutch all the way in and I'm 6' or just shy thereof.

We test drove a used 2013 STI...Since the FR-S is the first manual I've had/driven it was neat to get to try something else. Conveniently they didn't have any of the Starbucks gift cards they said you'd get with a test drive (stack of cards that were in the race trailer to fill out and hand in after a TD), but "we could come back in a few days to get it". And of course after the test drive they kept pushing to try to sell us on the friggin' car we drove even though we didn't want it. Douchebags.

My girlfriend in the wagon, the racier of the two cars. See that, she does exist!
