Yes, and the catbacks is separated from the front pipe by a joint that allows a little movement.

How big of a hassle are the engine mounts to swap? I get a little contact between the OP and the subframe as well (only when accelerating hard and turning left, oddly). It'd be nice to eliminate that if possible, before I crack something.

Quite easy, you just need to jack up the car, support the engine and replace them one by one.

I was trying to find the exhaust hanger at local Subaru dealerships in the US and I found this part # 44066AJ000. It has a very similar design, I wonder if it would have a similar effect. Might be an alternative to ordering parts from Japan or Europe.

Did anyone tried to use some rubber washer between the L-bracket and the mouting point? I'm thinking, maybe, this will transmit less vibration to the chassis.

4 years or so later, I got off my ass and did 4 of the 5 mounts.
I wish I found the screenshots of the before waveform. The difference is pretty incredible. The booming drone at 3000rpm is all but gone and the rattles around 2000 rpm are more manageable. Time will tell but I’m pleasantly surprised. Usdm trd exhaust from day one on a 2017. |

Hi everyone,
Quick question! Is the distance between holes less in the sti vs the stock! Not sure if we can use them on the 2022+ models but would like to test them on the GR performance exhaust. It might help to raise the low tips just a little . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
