With my Technocast wheels I get 9 turns... that's supposed to be enough, but I wish I bought ARP studs that are actually a useful length.

The stud swap is pretty easy though. Someone advised me that I'd have to remove the hubs to get the studs in and out, but that certainly was not that case.
You have to remove the hubs to get the ARP suds in.

Agreed, I was able to get the fronts in without removing the hub, but the rears definitely need to come off unless you guys know some trick that I don't.

Yes, you must remove hubs after knocking out the old studs. You'll need a press to press the ARP studs into the hub assembly.

At least it's a lot easier than the older Imprezas. On those the hubs were pressed into the spindle, so in the rear you had to press the hub out, install the studs, and then press the hub back into the spindle. They were also finicky so if you did it poorly you'd likely end up with a bad bearing in short order.

I'll be doing the ARP studs after this autox season. I've had zero issues thus far with the stock studs even after having the wheels on and off about 100 times.

Really happy I jumped on the set that went up on the Members' Classifieds thread last week. haha

Although, it doesn't really matter since my tire money is currently being used to pay for some damages that occurred when I backed my buddy's BRZ into a fire hydrant.

Hopefully I'll be able to get my tires before the season starts. Thankfully for me, the Chicago Region is currently in limbo on the season's start date because of venue difficulties. It's at least giving me more time to hear reviews and get the money together again.

If anyone is willing to share, what changes have the TRD parts given your car on course that varies from your original "street" set up?

I'm still deciding on my national event schedule, but are we definitely convinced the TRDs are better than the TRDless?

Tire rack has koni sports in stock. As for the springs, yeah, doesn't surprise me that everyone jumped after the SCCA confirmed it was legal.

I see they now say "in stock"...was only "less than 3 remaining" when I ordered. The sky's not totally falling yet.

I'm looking forward to the College Station Champ Tour despite the increasing chance of storms!

I look forward to meeting the CS crew. It should be a fun battle!

Is this the confirmation from the FastTrack that we have been searching for or is that supposed to come out in the Mauy fast track. The solomatters release mentioned that there would be a followup that would be more offiicial.

I'm pretty sure that is not related to the TRD parts. I think that FasTrack was out well before the announcement on SoloMatters.com
