I'm also wondering how I can get this Five Axis edition stuff. I mean I spend $6000 on the whole damn thing, I think I should get the Edition stuff.

I wonder if the kit is to be considered "damaged" and need to replace the entire kit?
The aero kit and spoiler are made of OEM grade urethane. If installed using the supplied hardware and tape, there is no concern for damage. That said, ICEBONEZ, please e-mail us directly at info@fivead.net. If you have had to revisit your dealership that many times, we definitely need to contact them to advise them on the proper process and ensure everything is handled correctly and you can enjoy your vehicle. Thanks!

Synack, from what I have seen of your vehicle you do have the entire Five Axis Edition package components (aero kit/spoiler, wheels and springs). Since you have all parts you should have the Five Axis Edition badging for your vehicle. Please e-mail us at info@fivead.net and we will have this taken care of. Thanks!

Explain please. I don't understand what the H-Tech drop is and how something with drop in the name will help the car not hit speed bumps.

The Five:AD Edition vehicles come with Tein H Tech Springs to lower by a little less than 1". Some have had the dealer order more aggressive springs with drops of 1 1/2" which you will scrape if not careful where you go. Even at stock height with the front lip you'll have to watch approach angle on driveways and such.

So then, default Five:AD will not scrape?

After rereading your posts, I see I am redundant.

Good to know it doesn't scrape as long as one uses careful positioning.

My fear is that they didn't follow the directions properly from the beginning so I assume the dealer used shop supplies instead of 5:AD products supplied. In theory could mean damage to the paint and OEM body due to wrong glues/adhesives used correct? Sorry for over-thinking this but I want this done right. My dealership has been in touch with Young and there is a replacement install kit en route but I'd still like to know. My fear is that there is another botched install and I will have to go with OEM stock body and the paint will be ruined due to this fiasco. Thanks for your time and input Matt!

@ICEBONEZ - I've been pretty vague with my situation but I would bet that your paint is fine. Mine doesn't have subtle issues, you can see them. Look at my front bumper to the side of the plastic piece below the parking light. Paint is completely off the car where a glue was used, not a tape. Is the kit still on the car or is it deinstalled right now?

It's at the dealer for what I hope is the last time. You hide it well with nice washes and care. I don't notice it on yours. I hope for both of us the next attempt is the right one!
