As i understand it be made it leaner and pulled some timing. That's it.

You needs something like ECUtek to be time efficient on the dyno. Without spending decent time on a dyno it will be hard to dial in cam settings, if you had to flash every change you would easily need to flash at least 10 times, more time than what's available on a dyno day....
