Yeah you can sign up for the major side due to CELs and failed coil packs, but the rest of the issues seem to be normal for our cars (other then the stud issue)

I should add I have had a few rattles in mine that I fixed myself and I need to get the TSB for the squeaky window done haha. I also had the rear deck TSB done as well as the usual cricket extermination treatment that never works. But like Tcoat I have not heard mine only very rarely since spring

44k bought it used. Only thing I saw on the car fax was a reoccurring exterior trim piece. I gave it a look over and didn't see anything. Only thing missing was a few plastic rivvets on the fender and two wheels missing their pressure guages. I'll talk to Toyota about that Saturday when I drop it off Saturday.

20000 mi - 14 model built in (march or may of 14 I believe)

only issue is a crunch 3-4 shift at high rpm. cant consider it major yet.

could care less about the crickets.

tin foil hat for the motor though

2015 BRZ, bought new as my DD
6,400 miles on it

Driving is a pleasure
Crickets, doesn't really matter - guess I'm accustomed to them
Doesn't break my wallet each time I need fuel
RPMs fluctuate while engine is running and car is in park

all in all the car has been fine and the two little issues it has are insignificant. I give it a

Haven't heard crickets since this spring. No idea where they went.
Window squeal when wet. Fixed by TSB no more squeal.
No issues shifting to any gear at any temperature.
No rattles, creaks or groans (from the car).
Paint chipped in a light breeze for first 6 months but now seems impervious to damage with zero new chips in months.
No oil leaks.
No coolant loss (beyond normal).
HU works perfectly every single time.
Idle dip when AC is on. I consider normal and will not have it "fixed".
Steering wheel is pristine. Very shiny in a few contact spots.
All dealer service have been a pleasure with no issues at all.
Overall satisfaction remains 10/10
I've noticed this "feature" with the paint as well. Got a few stone chips on the bumper, and one pretty good one on the drivers side fender. Haven't bothered to touch them up yet though.

Those were all done over last winter. Since then, haven't noticed anything crazy

Though, I wish my dealer service was as good as yours.

38000km on my 2013 BRZ

- Scratched driver/passenger side window (replaced by dealer)
- rattling rear deck (TSB fixed by dealer)
- rattling shifter (TSB fixed by dealer)
- squeaking window when rolling up and down when wet... (left it...not a big deal for me)

Other than those minor issues, everything has been great with this car! Love it and I plan on keeping it for a very long time.

I'm busy with school and work and such so I only went to car meets and shows during the summer with friends, plus crap whether unless you want to drift in a parking lot and get tickets But if you follow the regional forums they have dates and times and such. I'm pretty sure the willowbrook meets died out as well....

Coil packs are generally associated with track time whereas the wheel studs can happen on a street-only car that pulls wheels on and off more frequently.

I'd consider the studs more of a problem than the coilpacks due to the time associated with fixing the issue.

Forgot about stiff second gear when the gearbox is cool.

60k miles. Just a few but nothing major.

Throw out bearing was toast by 50k miles.

Trans or diff whines in 3rd gear. I think it's because my uncle backed into my car last summer.

A couple times the engine would rattle in 3rd gear, I think it was related to AVCS. Also I think the Subaru manual says this is normal to happen sometimes. It went away after a few minutes.

A bolt on my stock header broke when it was being removed.

Radio doesn't work anymore because it was reset, and the dealership never gave me an SD card to reprogram it. Subaru of America are true bastards for charging $400 for a new SD card. I wish there was some kind of hack for this.

My dome light went out.

Hole in the floor mats where my heel rests had a hole worn into it after one year.

Shift knob rattle under certain conditions above 4000 rpm, doesn't always happen.

Rear deck rattle.
