Yea I talked to a local PDR guy and the crease would be impossible to get smooth and the dent is to close to the edge. So I'm going to go through my insurance on this one.

Yup I thought the title was misleading too...LOL!....cuz here's a pic of a car by my office that got smashed yesterday by a electrical pole on the street that fell on a car....the person who owns the car works in my dept.....

Damn. If anything happens to my car it gives me an excuse to upgrade to reinforced parts. In this case, a CF hood even though I heard it's a few pounds heavier than stock.

It is heavier, you really cannot reinforce a hood. Stuff like that just unfortunately happens sometimes.
