There's a particular lot around my town where that happens every time I pull in. I just get a tiny bit of speed (not too much-- you don't want to rip the front bumper off) as I'm starting up the ramp to make up for the momentary traction loss.
Same thing happens to me in Philadelphia one unusual corner with a hill and everything goes crazy when it happens abs kicks in and power gets cut, stopped when I got the OBD pedal dance tool and kept it plugged in and made it soooo much more fun

Next time it happens, just pull up slightly on the parking brake and you can move the car easier.

I've had a similar thing happen when coming into my work parking lot. I think it was a combo of the underbody cover catching the driveway and the power cutting from the computers and the diff. Scared the shit out of me the first time, but just gave a little more gas than normal and it pulled forward no problem.

I have a turn like that as I leave work, I pick up, or at least lighten the load on the inside rear all the time. More so if I don't watch the approach angle. First time, the car cut power, and I went from having plenty of room to get in to traffic, to being happy the approaching driver knew how to use the brakes, LOL.

When you are aware of it, you can account for it.
