Well, anything is possible, given the short length of the video, but it just doesn't look like either is really "driving in anger" before the truck pulls over.

That's a possibility but it seems more likely the car is in the truck's blind spot on the right and the trucker goes to change lanes and doesn't see him, then just doesn't stop (I'm assuming hit and run since the comments on the video are trying to track down the truck).
I drive truck for a living and regardless of blind spot that would be the truckers fault. Lane changes should be relatively slow with lots of mirror checking. Now realistically it may not be his fault but that's not how the law would view it.

I want to hire everybody that can look at that few seconds of video and determine exactly what happened and why! I have investigated thousands of accidents over the years and always take hours or even days to figure out what just maybe, possibly, could have been the cause so am very jealous of your skill to be able to come to a conclusion so easily.

I think you believe we are taking this more seriously than we are its just conjecture for sake of conjecture.
