Sucks that happened but, we can't tell what happend after the 16th second. For all we know the truck did pull over. Not enough room to pull off the road on an over pass.

Not an enormous amount of damage it looks like. If the airbags deployed though..... gunna get pricey. Definitely upwards of 10k though.

I doubt it. The car is tracking straight down the middle of the lane before any movement by the truck.

That's a possibility but it seems more likely the car is in the truck's blind spot on the right and the trucker goes to change lanes and doesn't see him, then just doesn't stop (I'm assuming hit and run since the comments on the video are trying to track down the truck).
