afr will read 20 when your off throttle on overrun thats normal.

I'll get the shop to look at it again. But dang, such a headache. I really hope it's just a loose plug or some sort.

You probably have loose o2 sensors. I would check to see if so, go to your local auto part store and get antiseize.
