I would think that a majority of the race/track cars wouldn't use these kind of parts because the rules/regulations for their race class don't allow for these types of modifications.

You do have a point there and it is kind of funny how most "race" parts are used on street cars that will never see the full potential of the upgraded bushing or replacement part.
