I was rooting for the Toyotas and the Deltawing. Too bad...

Honestly, if saving fuel is to be made the priority, the Deltawing approach is far superior to diesels and hybrids. And low downforce is better for RACING as well. Would like to see F1 and Sports Car racing go in the simpler/cheaper/lighter-weight/lower-downforce direction.

For a while there, I thought Toyota JUST MIGHT pull that one off.. 2 unfortunate situations. The crash REALLY wasn't their fault.

The delta wing was so sick, though. I was so pulling for it.. haha just so cool.

Also, found this video not too long ago when I was looking vids up from Le Mans..
