Haha, Daniel emailed us and might move me to Intermediate to make more room in the beginner session.

Daniel moved you since you were out for the lapping day last year. I'll gladly ride along with you if you want though!

Sergio, you should've received an email from Daniel to confirm which car you're driving.

@Trac Toy @wparsons

Yes, I did go last year but I really like the instruction, especially compared to other places with very detailed instruction (ILR, Hanson)

I know I can definitely drive in the intermediate, but IMHO it never hurts to have someone come along

You definitely won't be left high and dry in Intermediate, there will be lots of people on hand to come along for a ride. Especially if you've been out lapping before, I wouldn't worry about being bumped up a class. Beginner's is really intended for those who are on a track for the first time ever, getting them up to speed safely and comfortably.

Does anyone know if HJC CL-17 is an okay investment in the long run? I don't plan on doing any competitions, just open lapping days + maybe some autox. Just want something certified that will get me by.
@BryceRocket, I paid the SPDA Auto Clinic discount price, but didn't include another $20 for the 50% off SPDA membership after. Anyway I can send it over? Thanks

Yes. I have the -16 and it's a bit heavy but lapping and AX don't have overly long sessions where your neck gets tired

That's true about the instruction drew, it's generally an invaluable resource. But like Bryce says being bumped up is a good thing.

Everyone is welcome to instruction, it's just required for the beginners until they have a good grasp of what they're doing.

Also don't be afraid to ask for a ride along in coaches cars!

So far almost half the registered cars are FRS/BRZ, bring on more!
