hit it with a coat of clear, wetsand, repeat a few times and you'll be much happier with the result.

It's obviously a different shade in pictures, I can only imagine how off it looks in real life.

To be fair, I'm sure it's a knockoff spoiler. No one in their right mind would ruin an oem piece like that.

yup, its a knock off. I'll put up photo's once the clear coat has been put on. Thanks for the constructive criticism, I kinda lied to myself thinking that it was all right. Once its more than 20C I can do another try.

I guess i might have to break that 15$ budget

But for a $30 spoiler, $15 can of paint, and the chance to do a mod on yur own for fun is still cheaper than $130. Just an FYI

No one has mentioned how they were trying to charge him $300 to paint a fucking spoiler. My place wanted $150 and I felt that was too much so I just bought a carbon fiber one. And I feel like you could find it cheaper than $150 even. Buy I'm in Texas.

FYI i wasnt saying its for everyone, i was just throwing it out there for people to be aware . I ordered one in Crystal white pearl the other day because these wings go for $60 (not $30) and the cheapest i could buy a rattle can of my specific paint was $40 so in my situation its a no brainer and for most why not spend the extra $ to have it professionally painted. for me it would have saved me $30 to go through the hassle to try it myself (more expensive if you dont already have primer, clear coat, polish, a buffer, etc)

No worries and i agree. Typo on the price. Some people just want to try things in their own.

People like this guy help me strive for a better product.

Who says I can't afford a paint job? When you have time and skill?

Time and skill won't match two different shades of red.
