It is not just from the AC. Mine does it during hard stops with the AC off

The A/C compressor also runs when you have the defroster on.

A/C Compressor runs whenever your blower is on to help remove moisture from the air.

I'm going to check around tomorrow morning for anything loose. This idle shake has been a major pain my ass for the past month or 2. I will keep you guys posted if I find a fix. Also:

I never use my a/c
I "supposedly" have the latest flash

Quick Update... I added some STP fuel injector cleaner from autozone that you drop into your fuel tank. Its idling and driving like a god damn fiddle?!?!? What gives?

So you are 100% stock. No tune, nothing done at all?

Resolution: go get a tune by Bill @ Delicious.

Mine did the occasional dip and it didn't really bother me. But last Thursday it just started DYING everytime I stopped. Like, 20 times in 4 miles. Luckily I was only a few miles from the dealership, so I drove it right in. They just swapped for a new ecu with the updated tune instead of reflashimg. I suppose they got to bill toyota for more of a warranty claim, and I didn't mind the possible overkill treatment since it didn't cost me anything. Warranty is up in two more months of driving anyway, so I'm good to get a brand new ecu.

Yessiree. All I have after market is my exhaust but the issue has been there long before. And my frs is out of warranty and already has the ecu flash. I might need someone to help me tune it. Where is delicious tuning?

Sounds like a vacuum leak.

Spend $140 on a tactrix and flash a tune yourself, or spring the extra $$ for an OFT.

Here's the weird part. Last week I did a full ecu restart disconnecting the battery overnight. The car felt like new the next morning. After a day the problem came back. Saturday morning I dropped some STp fuel injector solution and worked beautifully for the whole day. The problem came back once again after driving to work this morning. Could that still be a vacuum leak?
