Thanks. It's definitely electronic. Although I didn't use cruise control. After you had the issue, how did you "fix" it?

No fix. Just don't use cruise if you don't want the problem to arise.

Happened again this morning after about 15-20 minutes on slight traffic, no cruise control. Tried to "fix" it with various buttons (snow, sport, trac, vsc sport), setting to D mode, and setting and cancelling cruise control, nothing fixed it. Finally, stopped at traffic light, restarted car, and "fixed" (until it happens again).

I don't think in my case it has to do with cruise control.

Happened again this morning. When I put the car in park, the engine speeds goes up and down, up and down, between 500 to 1000, like someone is massaging the throttle.

Perhaps this is why its not rev matching?

There is a tsb for that now I have attached it for you to download and print to take to your dealer

My VIN is before the Production Change Effective VIN, so TSB applies. I will try and report back.
