For the plasti dip, it can turnout great if done properly carefully and with no steps skipped. But it is not a replacement for paint. The car still needs paint, and very lease sealer/primer if your exposing metal by riveting a WB on. I've done lots of plasti dipping and research. To end with the best result, spray 8 layers on lightly with proggresively heavier coats. Then repeat that with gloss or matte clear. Use a 1.4mm tip spray gun to get rid of texturization.

Welcome to the forums, in response to your initial post anything is possible with money. But in all seriousness, why not invest on a house first? At least you'll get returns on real estate as oppose to a depreciating asset like a car.

Another suggestion, just drive the car around for a bit longer before you start committing to mod it. Opinions change over time, I used to like the rocket bunny kit but I pretty much got tired of it over time.
