The full blown kit doesn't come with a thermostat, I haven't seen a need for one honestly.

A must, even then the thermostat lets some oil pass and can overcool in cold weather, i solved that by just blocking the core off with some ally. Depending on how cold it is you may have to do the same or remove the cooler all together, or just drive harder :P

Well I'd be doing at least brake pads and good fluid, hauling my car down from 250kph+ taxed the stock brakes beyond their design. The diff oil should be fine. I would go with like the fx300 or 350 or a full face act. if you're not going for big power why have a clutch meant for one? You're just suffering with a stiff touchy clutch for nothing

What about the 6puck ACT, it comes with a flywheel that's well fitted and it supports 345ft-lb of torque just like the fx350. ACT seems more advanced in the technology but clutch master seem to have better material and design...

contradictory? xD

My your block rest in heaven if you don't build it lol

Fuck it just get the Exedy twin disk and call it good. It's some $1800 but whatevs.

(You can order the FX400 full face from clutch masters that will hold just as much if not more than the puck faced ACT clutches)

Full face- streetable clutch
8puck- still streetable but less so than the full face
6puck- debatable if streetable or not, based on opinion.
4puck- good luck with that Charlie horse in 20 minutes lol

I am not sure what you said xD. I am so with the car talk.

When I calculated the power it will release on my setup it will be doing 420 Nm. Which is around 300 ft-lb

I was talking about clutch styles. The way the clutch is (puck style or full faced) determines how easily you can drive it.

Interesting you say 300lb ft of tq...
HP = T x N /(5252)
HP = 300tq x 7200rpm /(5252)
HP = 411

If you can manage that on 91 gas...

Id go with a full faced clutch. Easiest to drive. Dont get a clutch that is rated for the torque you have, get a clutch thats rated for more tq.
