Yeah peak #'s aren't the most noticeable part of the header/tune combo; it's what is gained in the torque dip. I went from 108 ft/lbs at ~3,900 rpms to 139 ft/lbs from the UEL header and OFT tune, and is a total night and day difference.

I was on the fence too for a while. I just decided to try the OFT and I'm very happy I did. Should have bought it earlier

I concur, got mine recently and it's really surprising how noticeable it is. Much more refined and pulls harder.

It'll be here tomorrow
. I went with open port 2.0 though, not OFT. $170 was easier to swallow than $500 after what I spent so far this year.

It's flashing utility much like the OFT, just not as user friendly. Uses open source software called ECUFlash.
Doens't have the nice logging and usability the OFT has but flashes tunes just fine. One can also use ECUEdit/BRZedit to tune the car themselves or by a tuner that supports it. |

Its an OBD2-to-USB dongle. It requires the use of a laptop and free software to do flashes, its not quite as convenient as OFT since it needs a laptop but its close to it. The good part is you can flash OFT tunes with it.
