Would it be wise to have the dealer do a free oil change/service before you buy it since it has been sitting for so long? I was told that I should change oil at 7500 miles OR 7.5 months, whichever came first. If that's the case, then a 10 Series that's been sitting for over a year would definitely be due for an oil change, and maybe other fluids, right? I don't know enough about the various fluids to know if there is enough breakdown from siting for 12+ months to warrant replacement.

I would make sure that they do NOT count it toward your included maintenance, though.

The color on the 10 is so sharp. It's darker, among other things, than standard metallic silver paint. Then you get all the blue/yellow/green-ish hues in different light environments.

The first and original oil fill from the factory is jacked up with additives and a ton of moly. 100% synthetic oil shouldn't degrade by just sitting their in the crankcase/oil pan imo.

Either way your'e going to get a lot people on this thread saying to go for it. Me included. Love the set up and love how the silver ignition goes together with the black interior. It just pops. Keyless entry cannot be overrated. What a huge convenience!
