Well for one and which was the main reason is that all that diffuser did was create a box in the rear trapping more air causing a "parachute" effect... but now I seen people cutting the same part I cut out and that makes the biggest difference.

NOW THAT IS FUCKING AWEEEESSSSOOMMMEEE!!! DWL diffuser not black panel releases trapped air making it war more functional.

I'm also very curious to see anything bad. I'm pretty sure Driveway offers a 100% refund if you aren't happy with the product.

Regular pricing isn't even $700 with shipping to Canada.

That custom one is pretty cool!

Is it Laser cut? Powder coated? Cfd tested? All cut and bent to .005" tolerances?

Also, here you go, link to the data showing that the Driveway Labs diffuser "totally traps air and makes even more of a parachute effect"

exactly my point. this makes the air flow straight out and diverts it, doesn't get caught behind the bumper.

The modification is actually the guy's exhaust.

He built what is called a "blown diffuser", by routing the exhaust over the top of the diffuser and exiting right there, he actually generates even more downforce by changing the temperature/pressure of the air behind the diffuser. Sucking even more air from underneath it. It's illegal in most forms of racing because of the effectiveness, but it's not very practical for every person on the road.

There is no airflow over the top of the diffuser. Minimal at most if it is installed too low, but the lead edge cannot drop below the bottom of the car to prevent scooping of air.

But hey. What do I know.

"Anyhow, the moment many people have been waiting for. Hancha uses a 3D model that they are continuing to build more and more detail into. It isn't complete. This data is not 100% fact, it is meant as a function to show where and how my diffuser functions in an environmental simulation. It provide graphical representation which I can back with real world accounts that reinforce the data."

quoted right from your post. Put it in a tunnel.

I don't want to turn this into big deal. If the product works for your customers Im happy your happy and their happy.

You ARE making a big deal of it. Half the posts in the thread are you bashing the DWLabs diffuser. As far as putting it in a tunnel for testing, that isn't cost effective. It works well in computerized testing and works well on the track. Have you put your diffuser in a wind tunnel and tested it?

A tunnel is like a dyno. Even they have inaccuracies. But sure. I'll do it this summer.

There is updated cfd info on the way. While I'm at it, I'll pay to have yours tested. I bet it won't compete.

Not trying to argue man, just having you own up to your shit talking. (edited for more appropriate wording)

I don't think you should ever reproduce. That would really make everyone happy.
