This. I find NASCAR to be beyond boring to watch but the ability to keep driving at those speeds, with very little room for error with great consistency requires a crapload of talent behind the wheel. For a fan, it makes sense also because you can see the cars the entire race, you aren't just watching turns 7-8 or whatever, you can see the entire field all the time and that makes it a better experience for the fans.
