Mine kept twisting too. I replaced the Grimmspeed bolt with a flanged one from a hardware store and added a star washer. Haven't had any problems since.

I've got a little rubber nubbin on one corner that makes contact with the bumper it hasn't wiggled that I've noticed.

go to home depot and buy a black sealant, put some of that on the end of the screw which will tight that MF up.
