Guys, this is loaded limited model with a few port installed options. I could get a base model for 27k otd, but I own a loaded Lexus IS250, so high end audio is a must for me.

Both WRX and BRZ are great cars. I wanted to go BRZ route too, but I don't want to get screwed over when refreshed BRZ due next year.

i'd definitely buy the WRX if the brz didn't exist, however they are totally different applications IMO.

I didn't like the shifter feel and the steering wasn't as sharp, the seating position and pedals didn't feel natural and I found myself never looking at the boost gauge ever.

the acceleration though, was stupendous! can't even feel boost kick in, it feels very linear.

that is all compared to the BRZ, if I had never driven a brz, the WRX would be my #1 choice.

though, i'm looking at a 2015 honda fit as a daily driver....

But congrats on your purchase, I would've probably gone the same route if I lived in WA.

I've driven both 2014 Hatch and 2015 Sedan. 2015 is a huge step up. It does understeer a bit, but that body is near non existence. If you want a fun car, BRZ, if you want a mountain road attacker, WRX. My back road is nothing but twisties.

You should crash the FRS/BRZ meet tomorrow in Northgate. It would be cool to see the new WRX in person.
