The important thing to take away from that dyno plot is the 96 whp and 66 ft-lb delta between the stock dyno and the JR dyno. I can tell by the fact that the stock dyno was 186 whp that this is a very high reading dyno

It is not on a Dynojet, it is on a Dynapack which is a hub dyno.

Hard to say without knowing more about the Mustang dyno's settings. They can definitely be configured to supply Dynojet equivalent numbers. I will agree that the Dynapack does seem to be reading high only showing a 7% drivetrain loss.

The percentage gain is more important than the actual numbers. Every dyno will output a different value based on their particular calibration.

those are some pretty impressive gains for a centrifugal sc on a mustang. about what my turbo puts out @ 8psi. rotrex is where it's at if that's the route you want to go.

@sklimo's dyno at Prime Motoring was on a Mustang dyno and was used as a comparison since he has the JR kit as well.

any dyno can be adjusted to say whatever you want. our settings are default mustang settings and we have had a few unhappy customers with the numbers it has provided.

We have another customer doing a JR kit soon with stock fueling and stock exhaust with their tuning. Once finished we will be dynoing the car and can compare the difference between his and @sklimo 's car. that should clear the air. same dyno in a climate controlled room. bone stock car with JR tune vs full exhaust and our tune.

Have you considered giving them Dynojet equivalent numbers then? Find a local Dynojet and get a correction factor. That was what I was going to do when I nearly opened up my own shop based around a Mustang AWD-500 dyno.

two closest dynojets are about an hour south and east of us that i know of. someone would have to be willing to make the trips.
