The issue with that is that aerodynamic drag is the big limiting factor in top speed.

Hell, what you're talking aobut you could do simply putting it on jack stands and redlining in 6th gear to see what it shows on the speedo... (don't recommend doing this)

152mph with 2000rpm and just under 3/4 throttle left to go. I see no issue with mine hitting 170ish which is the rev limit.

I'm going to go to a 3.73 final drive this winter so 180+ is achievable

I do understand that drag is a limiting factor, but when my car was stock, i don't think it had enough power to push beyond 140 even on a dyno, and there's no tracks around here with a long enough straight away for me to hit top speed. I'm definitely not going to do it on a road

Bone stock I've seen the shift light come on at 125mph in 5th gear on a stock FRS. This wasn't bouncing off red line.

That was stock, unadjusted. It didn't bounce off of redline, just noticed this light flash. I had more important things to watch at the time..

A dyno won't limit your top end... You're supposed to do a dyno pull in the gear that is nearest to 1:1 ratio in the transmission anyway.

Sure it did. Mine has done 143 on a slight incline.
