Koni NA has only 3 authorized rebuild partners (in addition to themselves).

TrueChoice in OH
Pro Parts West in CA
Performance Shock Inc. in CA

I'm not aware of anyone else who will touch them. It's usually around 150 bucks a shock but varies.

Bilsteins are rebuilt/revalved at Bilstein West in Poway, CA but a few other shops have the tools needed to revalve themselves (usually for more money).

From Bilstein I think it's usually around 100 a corner for a revalve, 75 for a rebuild.
