I charge mileage (IRS rate) for any work-related travel. Be it between different sites, to the airport, to meetings, etc. I have a "home base" that I go to daily, so I don't get reimbursed for mileage from home to work.

My previous job had me driving on average 1000 miles a week. At 56 cents/miles, I was loving that check.

Tolls are expensed out as well.
