I am having the same issue with mine in NC. We have gone through several freezing cycles now with no issues, then all of a sudden three days ago I noticed the condensation on all windows (it was around 70 degrees at the time). Yesterday, I got in the car after work (still around 60 degrees) and the windshield had so much condensation on it, I could barely drive. Finally, this morning with the temps dipping down in to the 30's, the ice was as thick on the inside of the windshield as it was on the outside and took almost 30 minutes to thaw out. It was to the point that I had to go back in the house and get a towel to prevent the water from dripping all over the dash. Has anyone else had these issues to this degree?

That is way too much condensation. You have "standing water" somewhere in the cabin. Check under and behind the front seats for wet carpets.
