Yes long hoses are great buy not 4 ft across the engine bay. But yea I have the same setup just didnt have them welded. I like the look of one on each side just need to do some relocating first.

Ill post some pics tomorrow

@Pablitomarrero

Did Saikou Michi sell the catch cans with the hoses? If not, do you mind sharing the specs on the hoses?

The install looks very clean.

They did provide goodyear hoses. For the pcv: 30R7 or equivalent hose- 2ft 3/8" hose, 2ft 1/2" hose. The thicker hose is for return

Crankcase was 10ft of 1/2" 30R7 (return= intake). But keep in mind that this is for my greddy turbo kit so the crank hoses may vary in length but that is the correct diameter for crankcase hoses.

You do have a check valve between the can and the intake manifold?

The can is before the pcv valve, you are running a sealed system. There should be one between the intake manifold and the catch can itself.

When in boost the pcv valve closes. The crankcase is preassurized by blowby and therefore exits via the breather which has excelent vacume from before the turbo. Pcv works when there is actually vacuume in the manifold (eg low throttle and idle). This is why boosted tsetups tend to have more collection in breather

I dont understand why you say sealed system

Heres a pic of the hose routing that the installer did.

Can anyone make anything out of this? I thought routing was different but i assure you they know what they are doing. Two cans are actually connected to each other. From PCV valve it enters the top of the first can(closest to the cockpit) and exits toward a T connection. This T also recieves gases that EXIT the second can. Both of them flow towards the super vacuume in front of the turbo intake. The top of the second can recieves gases from breather side. This seems to be the best setup imo as it joins both cans together. What do you guys think? In case youre wondering, what ised to be the return for pcv on top of manifold is now used as the vacuume port for the BOV and Boost Gauge

I came across this post while searching for saikou michi catch can review. Your catch can setup is unnecessarily complicated. All you need to do is put a catch can between each line, there is no need to connect the two cans together. I recommend you get boost readings by teeing off the brake booster line (before the check valve) into a vacuum manifold, instead of the PCV line. This greatly simplifies your setup and is how most people run their cans.
