My Toyota dealership says they won't service my car if I have the BRZ Exhaust System, they said it will void Warranty and my maintenance/service plan, I don't care about the warranty at all, but my maintenance/service plan is important, can they do that?

Don't think so. The service plan was included in the purchase price.

Go to another dealership.
Whether they can or can't void is debatable, the problem is if they do, are you prepared to take Toyota on???

Based on my experience with other brands, they can only decline warranty claims on the affected part. So, for example, if one of your exhaust brackets breaks, that should not be covered. Other than that I don't think they have the rights to void a service plan as that has nothing to do with it. However, you never know what's in the fine print.

IIRC, even RGMs S/C conversion keeps your warranty and service plan intact. Perhaps ask the dealer how that works - assuming they are even aware of it.

Alternately, just go to another dealer, as suggested.

I would be curious to know why the dealer said that in the first place though, as there's going to be lots of grey areas on these cars in the coming months as they start aging and there more and more modded cars - however IMHO a bolt on exhaust should not affect a service plan. Would be interesting to see how Toyota SA is going to react. With BMW for example, BMW SA gave e90/e92 M3 customers a really though time when a "slightly" modded car arrived at a dealership - to the extent where innocent clients purchased vehicles from a dealer and were accused of software mods (on stock cars) when bringing the same cars back for services, etc. Let's see how Toyota dealers/SA is going to handle the 86s...

You missing the point....
You go into a dealer or the area technical Manager identifies modifications to the car in and goes onto the Toyota portal and voids your warranty or service plan, what are you going to do.
Are you prepared to take on Toyota.
Understand your risk and ensure you have a great relationship with your dealership.

Btw where do you get your information RGM Supercharger keeps the warranty?? I'd like to see that in writing.

Not arguing with you bud. Just curious about this too.

About the RGM/Toyota warranty, one of the sales guys at Auto Africa mentioned it - I did not get too much details too, but would also like confirmation if this is indeed the case. Will drop RGM a mail/call next week (if they are open) and try to find out.

I spoke to the guys at RGMotorsport when they were at Kyalami Race Track, and they said that they already have Subaru to agree that the owner keeps his warranty and that they were busy dealing with Toyota

I know you mean well.

Unfortunately any modifications to an individuals car is at the owners risk, hence I was merely pointing out that we saying fitting a BRZ zorst is ok, could place someone with a void warranty.

I'm averaging 11.6 at the moment since install and i'm wondering if my driving style has changed or if the exhaust somehow affects fuel consumption?
update: drove two tanks worth in the past week on highway and long(er) drives, not work commute, and i'm averaging 8.6 for that period. What a difference traffic makes... i'm going to start taking the bus to work

Warranty exclusions are quite interesting. Obviously they could take point 1 and say the vehicle is modified. However, point 5 seems to indicate (what most of us understand) that the specific part needs to lead to the failure. ie Fuel Injector leaking would be difficult to trace back to fitting an exhaust.
So basically, @Ryan86 is absolutely right. Don't make assumptions, discuss it with your dealer and make sure you have a good relationship with them.
Also, there is no exclusion of service plan listed anywhere (at least I can't find it) and as @sav already said, you paid for that in your purchase price, doubt you would lose that.
