it's all going to be classic but the twin have front boxer, low COG which have very different driving experience compare to other cars. Well, the twin will add to the list in few years, RX7, Supra, NSX, S2000 ....; In term of the value and price the twin will relatively hold as good as S2k and Supra.

You're looking at worldwide numbers.

I'm not saying cheap is bad, you confuse my intentions.
1990 Miata had DI failures? Weak pivot off your busted premise. Your troll fails miserably.

That's ok, your cool too! Much love. You add so much to this board cool guy.

Honestly though, i'm arguing on American numbers, because worldwide can get a bit confusing and values always differ...etc etc.

My god, so hard to find a good photo.

No no, i'm not talking about Miata failures, i'm talking about the FRS. But since the Miata and FRS are so often compared, i figured to take a standpoint from Miata prices.

My guess is that some of these guys bought the car based on the hype and now have buyers remorse..

Keep the stock wheels and parts you replace bagged and stored, then in 10 years when every example is modified and riced up, put your stock stuff back on and sell to someone looking for an unmodified example.

You should visit NASIOC sometime.
It always comes down to people referring to the sti as a Japanese grocery getter econobox.

I have and will keep every single thing I take off for similar reasons.

Should I ever need to or want to sell my car (I have no intentions but to keep it for the next 30+ years), modified cars are worth the same or less than stock cars, it certainly never increases the value. However I can put all the stock parts back on, get all of my equity out of the car, and then turn around and sell the aftermarket parts and likely get about 50-75% of what I put into them. I've already had two offers on my stock wheels and I haven't even yanked them off yet.

c/n: Selling your stock parts off is a bit dumb in the long run.
