I've been waiting for nameless header to come out. With their header + other exhaust, they have dynos of +25 hp and that will also help for when you go supercharged. But its been a long waiting game for me as they haven't released info in a year it seems?

Another guy has their prototype of the new updated header, and has said lots of good things about it. Apparently it has a much stronger low+midrange and sounds like it makes more power up top as well.

There's also FA20club's moduler EL and UEL headers. They seem to work very good with the Vortech S/C at least from FA2club's tests. Haven't seen too much dynos N/A to say much there but I'm sure it offers a good boost in power.

There's also flex fuel kit (or just straight e85 tune), which if your planning on 350whp and S/C you will probably want flex fuel (or a built engine with a bigger S/C). I would love to be proven wrong but I've yet to see a stock FRS hit more than 300whp on pump gas with a S/C. Turbos seem to be topping out a little past that ~320-350whp but not 100% there either. That particular FRS was tuned by FA20club I believe and has a FA20 header, from what I remember it made ~300whp on an upgraded pulley I think?

Keep in mind, supporting mods will start to add up. I have a few planned builds in a spreadsheet and the cost quickly adds up

Just a basic list I can think of, you'll need... take with a grain of salt of course, this is just what I've been planning .. I could definitely be forgetting something here

- Clutch (while you are doing this, it seems a lighter flywheel will help a lot - the stock seems heavy)
- Injectors
- Motor mounts
- Engine tuning
- Flex Fuel or W/M: I haven't seen a supercharger get past 300whp on pump gas sadly. e85 or water/methanol will be needed for anything past that *just from what I've seen so far*.
- Supercharger of course, and definitely smaller pulley for that level
- Rardiator & oil cooler if you do hard driving, or at track (maybe not necessary if you just do occasional pulls and doesn't get very hot, but the stock system is known to run hot esp. with boost)
- Gauges setup (you'll want heat levels & boost levels, torque app actually looks pretty good but not very fast)
- Full exhaust (which consists of Header, Overpipe + frontpipe (or downpipe), midpipe + axleback (or catback) - nameless seems very good for price, power gains, and weight, but I prefer the sound of Perrin myself and am going Perrin catback + nameless full exhuast I think)

Most of this is also good to do while building up for the full build if you plan it correctly. Also look for good deals online & in the forum. FYI I don't believe aftermarket intakes work with either S/C on the market, except Perrin. And I'm not sure how that would work with Vortech S/C. Honestly I would skip the intake (heard good things about the Perrin's sound though). Also this list doesn't go into any suspension or other bits you'll most likely want to upgrade, also some good tires will be very necessary.
