the flex fuel kit takes the worries out of mixing pump gas/ethanol while maximizing performance based on the percentage of ethanol in the fuel. otherwise its take more than a tank of e85 to bring the level in the tank to a pure state. its not mandatory but it is definitely nice to have

the content sensor reads the ethanol level as fuel flows through it send the data to the Zeitronix analyzer which then converts it to a 0-5v signal that the ecu uses to apply the changes on the fly to the mapping

No, thats additional table setup of tables nothing major but its easier to do for the turbo setup since we already have all the tables set for boost control to do it for a bypass valve on a blower i will need to test on a car whereas we have already finished testing our current boost control parameters.

Just want to let you guys know it works well. I've had it in my car for a couple weeks now. Started running e-85 as of a week ago full time. Car starts up like a champ no problems so far.:happy0180:
