So if a car is fast that makes it a sports car? Hhhmmm interesting.
Yes the current wrx/sti is manual only. Auto's suck the fun out of driving. They take the involvement away from the driver and it then drives you. Oh and yes I was trolling , this is off topic right? Which one of you drives an LFA or GTR? That's right none. And yes it's a travesty that good cars are offered in horrible transmission choices.

By that logic the Civic Si is better then the WRX because not only is it offered only in manual, but it doesn't come with a shitty 5 speed. They actually have a proper 6 speed.

Yes it is a boring place.... Yes it is horrible that all of those cars come in auto.
The only thing worse than an auto is a CVT. My "busted" wrx was the first car pictured at BNW last year. I sold it to buy something more fun and save on fuel. But hey I'm being called out by some of the biggest trolls here lol.

But in all seriousness a true non shiftable auto is a horrible thing. Flappy paddles n such are ok I guess, so long as they don't take 5 seconds to change or override your inputs.
They sell auto's in cars to appease the masses who can't drive. I feel bad for anyone who owns a sports car with an auto. ( never said they weren't still sports cars it just kills the fun)

I'm sure as hell having fun in my automatic BRZ.
Mercedes-Benz and AMG seem to not have a problem with automatics - most of their cars don't even come with manuals.
