they scratched the wheel on my vette when they were trying to remove the run craps. They had someone come out to the store and I met him there. He had to fixt the scratch and repaint part of the wheel. He did a great job.. you couldnt tell anything was wrong.. yours look easy enough to repair..

Discount tire, America's tire and a few other companies I've had loads of emails back from customers saying that they have damaged their wheels. Of course that's why we offer a wheel/tire mounting and balancing here with our touchless Ranger machine and Hunter road force machine. We didn't spend thousands upon thousands of dollars for equipment like this to scratch wheels, we did it so we don't scratch wheels.

To help your situation, I usually find discount tire will either A. Send a mobile repair guy to repair the wheel for you, or touch it up if it's just scratching, or B. which I prefer, they will purchase a new wheel for you and use that instead. Of course, not all the time they will buy you a new wheel, so don't expect it, but some companies will step up and take responsibility.

Good luck!

We work with Discount tire as our distribution partner because they do a great job to take care of any issues arising from installation. And with 900 stores nationwide, you can be sure that if any problems occur during a long trip, any of the stores will take care of you.
