Cause reality is that most will use it for a DD and not as a track/auto-X only car? Some creature comforts go a long way when you commute and spend several hours in your car all day.

It's always surprising what you end up using the most. I live in the South. Heated seats are completely useless here. But do you know what my favorite button in my M3 is? Seat heater. I'll always pay for that option. I love driving in the winter with the windows down, and the seat heater is what makes that experience so great.

Toyota/Subaru is smart and stupid at the same time. This will make some people save their money and come up with a bigger down payment or piss off some people and then they opt for something else on the market unless they have great patience.

Mitch you hit it on the head! My last couple cars have come standard with heated seats; I had never known such luxury! They're not often needed here in Nashville but oh they're such a treat.

The GT is the one that comes with the limited slip diff so yes, some of those bells and whistles are worthwhile to "hardcore enthusiasts."

um, if i was a super hardcore enthusiast, i would buy the one without the factory LSD and then purchase a customized unit from KAZZ or Cusco, save money and get better performance.

im sorry but seriously toyota is going about this whole thing like toyota always does...every other car company releases a car and prices months before its released and we still dont even have a price point yet now we have to wait till the people who are waiting 7 months for their car to get theirs and then maybe we might possible be able to by it? im sorry but this car is not that complicated to build they are clearly doing this to build hype just like they did with their 18 different concept models before releasing a production version...im done playing the waiting game

you whine a bit too much just for hearing whats going on over in japan.

I'd say at least wait for pricing and preorders here in the americas, then make your decision before jumping ship because japan has a 7 month wait.

I kindly ask you to investigate the difference between a torsen differential and a clutch type differential and then reconsider your options. As far as my searching turned up those companies only make clutch type differentials.
