I got my all-around for $180 and there isn't a single imperfection anywhere. Have it redone, no doubt.

Yeah he was kinda being a pain in the ass about it like "A few specks are expected" but I figured at that price it should be perfect. If it doesn't get taken care of I'll get the word out about the shop.

Hair is an absolute sin. Never accept a tint job with any hair or fibers visible in the tint. I will forgive an installer if i ask them to tint the dot matrix front windshield strip because i know how difficult it is to adhere tint to the dot matrix and defroster lines.

I paid $85 for mine at a local shop and it was perfection at first. A couple tiny tiny bubbles after sitting in the sun for a couple months, went in and they worked them out for free. Paying that much should be perfection as well.

Edit: Sorry $185.

$360 is pretty steep even for Ceramic tint. With that kind of price it shouldnt be anything but nearly perfect although I believe you can't absolutely have a PERECT tint job, a few very very minor air bubbles are to be expected but nothing that should be really noticeable. Those claiming to have only paid $150 give or take around that most likely didnt pay for cermamic based film but rather traditional dye film. If you got a ceramic film tint job done for under $200 you got one hell of a deal.

I think a few (tiny ones) here and there is fine. you cannot completely eliminate dust particles in the interior short of removing it completely and do the tint in a downdraft paint booth (and installers wearing full body suits).

if it's anywhere near eye level (meaning you can see it while driving), though, time to get it redone.

i got my tints done a few weeks back, same issues, u can see a few specks of dirt. for the price u paid i would expect my tint to be closeto perfect. i would ask for it to be redone, or do what i did get a refund and take it somewhere else.
