Neither.... Turbo!! lol

Seriously though... Header first because it does 2 things for you- increases performance AND makes a great noise! A tune just does one of those things.

I'm doing the headers first then tune route. There have been a few people with borla headers that has not thrown a CEL yet. But then again, get a spacer and you can avoid a CEL all together.
@Hawaiian - I remember talking to you about something similar to this.

I did the headers first and I am happy with the result.

I appreciate everyone's responses and for the ppl that are saying save and get both at the same time I would totally do that, but this is a birthday present for my husband and I wanted to surprise him with one or the other. He either wants the fa20club catted header or the EcuTek stage 2 tune from fa20club, he already has nameless dp/over pipe and axleback And the fa20club CAI should be in this week.

I would do the header first. However there is a decent chance it could cause a CEL until you get a tune.
Not a big deal but if your state is like NH, you can't pass state inspection w/ a CEL, so here you would need that light out by the time your annual inspection rolls around. So a tune would have to be planned not too long after.

State dependent though, I know some states don't have annual inspections...

I'm in the same boat, except I just broke up with a psycho 6 months ago (still going to court, I have a restraining order, and the king of all psycho ex stories). Soooooo they cut me some slack about splurging on my new sexier, faster, mechanical gf...I'm talking about my car
