Just registered today, planning on picking up a Whiteout 6MT from Fitzgerald in Gaithersburg MD. Been obsessed with this car since it was announced years ago...I'm so excited it's finally going to be here!

I called a few dealers this past weekend and was told the East Coast would start getting cars in August some time. Seems so far off but I'm sure it will be more than worth the wait.

I'd also like to add my company runs a few online parts distributors (currently just Mustang performance) and we are currently working on a store for GT86, FR-S, BRZ performance. Still a work in progress but hopefully we will be able to do business with locals.

Saw a few people mention they went to Richard Montgomery, I graduated in 06! Still live in Rockville.

Have you guys heard of this Feb, 27-28th dealer order date? I'm trying to figure out if this is just dealer talk or a real date from SoA. I'm working with Fitzgerald in Gaithersburg; #1 on the list and they said 28th the order portal opens. Anyone else hearing this from their dealership?

The only certain answer I've gotten was from 355 Scion, they mentioned the cars coming in early August. Said something about West Coast getting cars first then them trickling over through the summer. Not sure if the guy knew what he was talking about...I hope you're right and we will see them sooner.

Welcome welcome it's nice to see more people in MID A ! I hope we'll grow into a good size community and have lots of fun together ^^ GT mods You graduated in 06? I grad in 04 LOL I guess we've might have seen eachother around.

Welcome to the forum. Idk about scion dates but since that post, SoA has confirmed a March 1st order date. From the sound of it, the BRZ will be hitting dealerships a month or so before the FR-S

I remember back in 08 I bought an Si sedan, the civic community was awesome we had great meets and I'm looking forward to being part of another community. I'm a pro photographer so that always came in handy when it came to meets!

It's possible we saw each other around, although I was the nerd type that mostly kept to myself. D: What do you think about the new school? I think it looks like a prison. I miss the old RM, even if it was run down it had character.

I'm honestly still on the fence about which I'll go with, BRZ or FR-S. I really like the look of both of them, I love the lighter blue that only the BRZ comes in but personally I prefer the more aggressive front end of the FR-S. Part of me is like "I don't want to drive a Scion" then the other part is like "Who cares it's just a badge" UGH I just don't know. If they were both in front of me it would most likely just come down to price, I'm going to go base since I get wholesale on all aftermarket parts.

Well I don't like the building because there's not enough windows, but the sports facilities are top notch one of the best in the county. That's about as much as I like it. The old school was much more fun.


And hahaha I wouldn't worry about it, I prolly don't look anything like I did back in HS can't belive it's almost 10 years.


Looking forward to seeing you at the meets and just go with what is best for you, and what you like the best. There is a very high number of BRZ future owners in MID A but hey nothing wrong with the FRS

I don't think that will happen, I'm sure that everyone will get along as long as everyone makes the effort. Their is no age gap or anything everyone is on the same forum. I don't really see the separate table thing, hey I'm prolly one of the oldest member here for the mid A section and I'll make sure to sit everywhere!

I was partly joking haha but who knows. I was in the BMW scene for awhile and if you have an M car you are part of an elite club that nobody else without one is allowed into. It's pretty sad, but then again it's to be expected from most BMW owners.

LOL it's a under 30K car I don't think anyone is going to have that attitude but who know, If they are I wouldn't worry there's alot of us I'm sure well all become good friends. If everyone is nice to each other, hey every tree has it's rotten apples that only grow on one branch. It happens but well if I can help it with the other awesome people here I'm sure well get things going.
