What I'd like to remove is the steering wheel badge, not because of any branding issues, just because the Scion badge is so big and ugly. There may be no easy way to do that though with the airbag there.

I actually wouldn't suggest fishing line as the first attack against badges, it WILL work however I had some issues during my experience. I noticed that after the debadging it left some micro scratches and it drives me crazy seeing it even today...As others have said, floss will do. I used the synthetic (rubber/film) instead of the fiber type and I was pleased.

I just remove the lettering and leave the brand logo.
It is very easy, hairy dryer and credit card or maybe just your fingers. Some rubbing compound if there are some dirt you cant remove which there shouldn't since its new. As for logos, there are usually indentation in the front and two pin holes in the back so I don't think it is worth the expense to properly remove and looks like crap if you don't properly do it. |

I want to remove the "FR-S" if there won't be holes and also change to the "86" logo on the steering wheel.

I am ok with the Scion badges on the outside, but will replace the scion steering wheel airbag cover with a Toyota 86 one.
