Well that definitely throws a monkey wrench into the mix. You could always contact the people ahead of time and let them know your situation.

yeah i was hoping to be able to find the info as needed so i could just head out on a whim if i can get there...
I thought they were running fairly regularly at the farm show and hershey which are easy for me to just head out when i can to be there in time.
