Does it look kinda stupid? Yeah. Want to know why I like it? Because I don't have to drill the bumper, just the black guard; whereas FR-S owners have to drill their bumper for plates.

I think some closeups reveal it already has a pattern on it. Sure, it's not "CF look", but it's already similar and looks awful. It should be body colored. Not sure that would even save the design.

A guess it's only a minor difference, but I think that aesthetically speaking, the BRZ looks better with front plates whereas front plates on the FR-S look out of place since they have to be drilled directly into the bumper skin.

Ok, I can agree with that. I used to run front plates on my Evo which literally has no place to mount them other than on the side of the bumper. Looked awful. 3 drilled holes in the bumper looks better now...

I actually always liked the stock provisions for side-mounting plates on the Evo.

At this point I don't mind. It looks beautiful to me. I just want to know price and drive one.

Wait, what? I didn't care if the dealers had brochures or not. There's a lot more information available online than anybody at a dealership can offer me at this point.

I went because I wanted to check out the various paint options in person rather than seeing them through a computer screen.

He very kindly wrote down the paint colours he believes were available: "white, black, rally blue, silver".

Oh, sorry. Thought you were alluding to something else.

Have you seen it? I'm sure people have posted it but I can scan it if you haven't seen it yet.

I think the Canadians got ripped off anyway. :P

I did a search on the Internet and it seems like the other scans posted were bigger. This one is just folded twice to become about calendar size. The outside 4 pages are the front, back, and a couple pages on the specs and stuff. The inside 4 turn into a poster with what looks like a WRB Premium and a BRZ GT300, also WRB.
