I had no idea about this.
Oil pan is the engine jack point. Big black thing with the drain nut on the driver's side. Place a block of wood between the oil pan and the jack saddle. Don't forget to undo the engine mounts....

Hey man I'm installing turbo kit right now and this over pipe on the factory headers is a pain in the ass. The nut on it is stripped on one side other one came out fine. Do I need to remove the over pipe from headers to get off or is their and way to wiggle it out?

If you don't care about ever using the stock header again, you can always just snap off the bolt. It's easy enough to do that plenty of people do it on accident.

Yeah I don't need to so I can just snap the one bolt that's holding over pipe to header?

Might as well give it a try. Just try not to hit anything too hard when it pops.

Edit: this is definitely the lazy solution. There might be a better one. I'm not liable for damage to your car, etc., etc.

Alright thank you!! I'll give it a try. Also do you think I'll have to lift engine to install new over pipe? If so do you know how?

Lifting the engine a few inches helps a lot. Unbolt the passenger-side motor mount (14 mm i think? i forgot). put some wood or something on top of your jack, and then *carefully* jack up the engine from the oil pan. it doesn't take much.

Edit: you only really need to unbolt one motor mount, but you can do both if you're having trouble fitting the OP.

Alright thank you so much ahah. I shouldn't have to worry about breaking other motor mounts jacking it up right?

I can't say for 100% sure, but I have seen several successful header/OP installations where we jacked up the engine a couple inches after unbolting only the passenger side mount.
